I never intended to start a company, and I never thought of myself growing up as the entrepreneurial type. I did however, always have a strong sense of right and wrong, and always wanted to try to make things better. And so, when I created Freyja I was just so passionate about the problem I was solving that it took me about 6 months to realize that I had accidentally made a company. Since I had never intended to become a founder, I hadn't really put much thought into what it takes to run a business, or even what it takes to be a manager and have employees. It all just escalated very fast, and before I knew it I was having to start my first hires.  The first couple positions that we began hiring for were developers, and marketing. However, trying to hire people when your company operates in the porn industry is not exactly straightforward. This is for two reasons:
